SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed same day (Monday–Saturday before 1 PM). Orders which are placed on Sunday, will be processed on Monday.

In major cities Islamabad, Lahore. Estimated time for delivery (Monday–Saturday) may take up to 2–4 working days.

For deliveries outside Punjab may take up to 4–5 working days.

During sales promotion days, estimated time for delivery is 5–7 working days.

Orders placed before 1:00-PM will be processed on the same day.

Standard delivery is charged based on items weight.

Orders placed after 1:00-PM will be processed on next working day.

Undelivered Parcel

Please note, in case if parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. We can put customer’s account on hold & for future orders customer have to pay us in advance.

In case of orders exceeding 20,000/-, Shoeman may ask the customer to deposit a payment as an advance to make sure the order is accepted by the customer.
